Building digital infrastructure to support public health resilience during crisis.
Overview
The COVID-19 pandemic placed unprecedented strain on governments worldwide, particularly small island states with limited healthcare infrastructure. As vaccines became available, the challenge shifted from supply to coordination, transparency, and public trust.

Anguilla needed a system that could manage vaccination logistics efficiently while providing clear, reliable information to its population.
The Strategic Challenge
The challenge was twofold: operational and psychological. The government required a secure, scalable platform to manage vaccinations, data, and reporting, while also addressing public concern, misinformation, and the need for clarity during a rapidly evolving crisis.

The system had to work flawlessly under pressure.

Our Approach
AlphaNorth partnered with the Government of Anguilla to design Serrum, a digital vaccination management platform built to support both operational efficiency and public confidence.

Our role was to translate public health requirements into a user-centered digital experience that could serve administrators and residents alike.

Trust was treated as a core design requirement.
