Mobilizing regional solidarity and resources in the aftermath of natural disaster.
Overview
In 2021, the eruption of La Soufrière volcano devastated Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, displacing communities and disrupting livelihoods across the island. The scale of the disaster demanded rapid mobilization of financial support, supplies, and regional solidarity.

Beyond immediate relief, there was a need for coordinated communication to sustain attention and channel aid effectively.
The Strategic Challenge
The challenge was urgency without chaos. The campaign needed to move quickly while maintaining credibility and coordination across governments, donors, and diaspora communities. It had to translate compassion into action and attention into tangible support.

Our Approach
AlphaNorth partnered with the OECS Commission and regional stakeholders to design the Stronger Together campaign as a unifying response to crisis. Our role was to create a narrative and digital infrastructure that could mobilize resources while reinforcing regional solidarity.

The work centered dignity, resilience, and collective responsibility.
